Blackwater Whiptail are caught in the inland waters of Talador for those with fishing skill under ~700. Players will rarely catch them with fishing skill above 800.
Gutting them produces a random amount of [Blackwater Whiptail Flesh]. This can also be down automatically while fishing if [Bladebone Hook] has been applied.
Patch changesPatch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Now only requires 5 (down from 10); flavor text removed.
